Foam flotation and high leaching are two common separation methods in the mining industry, both rely on air or oxygen to enable the separation of metals from ore.
High leaching is an industrial mining process used to extract precious metals, copper, uranium, and other compounds from ore via a series of chemical reactions that absorb specific minerals and then reseparate them after they are split from other soil materials. Oxygen plays a crucial role in enabling these reactions, however, it is a challenge to efficiently deliver oxygen to the leaching process.
