Clean smarter
Our technology is used to clean and improve water-bearing systems, surfaces, and equipment across a wide range of industries – without the need for harsh chemicals.
By introducing billions of stable nanobubbles directly into the liquid, the cleaning process reaches further – into cracks, hoses, porous surfaces, and heat exchangers where traditional methods often fall short.
Nanobubbles target biofilm and organic buildup at a microscopic level, disrupting the formation of bacteria, deposits, and other biological contaminants.
The result is cleaner systems, less need for mechanical or chemical cleaning – and a longer lifespan for both filters and equipment.

The effect of nanobubbles
Deep-penetrating cleaning
Reaches microscopic pores, cracks, and surfaces where traditional cleaning cannot
Less biofilm & bacteria
Breaks down biofilm and reduces microbial load in pipes, tanks, and on equipment
Fewer blockages
Reduces deposits of salt, lime, and organic matter – without harsh chemicals
Improved system performance
Provides more stable flow and extends the lifespan of equipment, filters, and piping
Chemical-free cleaning
Effective without acids or chemicals – gentle on equipment and the environment
Odor control & cleanliness
Reduces unpleasant odors and supports a cleaner, healthier work environment
Hygienic cleaning
In food production, beverage handling, and vegetable washing, hygiene standards are high. With nanobubbles, the cleaning effect in CIP systems, hoses, and tanks is improved – without the need for harsh chemicals. The technology cleans on a microscopic level, breaks down biofilm, and reaches into hard-to-access areas.
-
More effective cleaning in closed systems
-
Reduced need for chemicals and manual effort
-
Also suitable for vegetable washing and delicate raw materials
Applications
-
Food industry, beverage production, and dairies
-
Vegetable and fruit washing as well as CIP systems

Internal system cleaning
In many industries, biofilm, buildup, and organic matter cause serious issues in pipes, tanks, and other process equipment. With nanobubbles, the system is cleaned from the inside – even during operation. The technology breaks down biofilm, improves flow, and reduces the need for chemical cleaners, extending the lifespan of both equipment and filters.
-
Prevents buildup of biofilm and deposits
-
Cleans pipelines, tanks, and heat exchangers during operation
-
Reduces the need for manual cleaning and chemicals
Applications
-
Heat exchangers, buffer tanks, and recirculating systems
-
CIP lines and process pipes in industrial and workshop environments

External cleaning of deposits
Nanobubbles can also be used to clean hard surfaces such as concrete, metal, and technical equipment – without damaging the material. The technology breaks down deposits like salt, lime, biofilm, and organic dirt at a microscopic level. The cleaning is chemical-free, making it both environmentally friendly and gentle on equipment and surroundings.
-
Breaks down salt and lime deposits
-
Removes biofilm and dirt from hard surfaces
-
Gentle cleaning without pressure or acids
Applications
-
Concrete walls, floors, and metal surfaces
-
Stainless steel, tanks, and facility maintenance

How our technology works
The nanobubbles generated by our technology have completely unique properties.
They are so small that they don’t rise to the surface but remain in the water for a long time – sometimes for weeks or even months.
Each bubble has extremely high internal pressure of up to 30 bar and a strongly negative surface charge, giving them a rare ability to interact with their surroundings.
The strong charge allows them to disrupt bacteria and microorganisms, while the high internal pressure causes them to release energy upon implosion – energy that can trigger chemical reactions such as the formation of hydroxyl radicals (OH•).
This contributes to the breakdown of biofilm, organic matter, and odor-causing substances – without adding chemicals.

The mechanism of nanobubbles
They penetrate surfaces, dissolve biofilm, and break down dirt, buildup, and odors – all without chemicals. Here’s why the technology works so well in cleaning and hygiene-critical environments.
They penetrate pores and cracks where conventional cleaning methods fall short.
Disrupt the protective environment of bacteria and help eliminate them from surfaces and systems.
Prevent blockages in pipes, tanks, and equipment.
Generate reactive species that contribute to the breakdown of organic matter – without chemicals.
Neutralize odor-causing compounds and contribute to a cleaner working environment.
Effective in CIP, pipelines, tanks, floor, and surface cleaning.
Less need for manual effort, scraping, and aggressive agents.
